All sales are final. No refunds unless the event is canceled.

Some events are 18+ or 21+ depending on the venue and local laws. You must bring valid government-issued ID for age verification.

3. Ticket Usage

Each ticket admits one person. Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will be rejected.
Lost or stolen tickets may not be reissued. Please keep your confirmation email and ticket barcode safe.

4. Changes to the Event

Lineups and schedules are subject to change without notice.
In the case of cancellation, a refund or credit will be issued per our policy.
Sakpase Fest is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses due to changes or cancellation.

5. Health & Safety

You agree to comply with all venue and public health guidelines (e.g., security checks, bag policy).
Entry may require temperature checks or proof of vaccination depending on current regulations.

6. Code of Conduct

Respect others and celebrate responsibly.
Harassment, violence, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, and branding on this site are the property of Sakpase Fest and may not be used without permission.
By attending, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sakpase Fest is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during the event or while using our website.
Attendance is at your own risk.
